Data deletion

Two ways to request deletion of your data from this service:

• Through WhatsApp or Meta: request deletion in the app's own settings. Meta sends this service a signed request; we verify the signature, delete matching data, and return a status link.
• By email: write to ivan@icons8.com with the phone number involved. The operator deletes the stored messages for that number and replies.

What deletion covers

Data held by this service only. Deleting here does not remove messages from WhatsApp or Meta servers, from the Business you chatted with, or from your own device.

Timeline

Signed requests are processed on receipt. Meta user IDs are not WhatsApp phone numbers; if your request cannot identify the messages, email us with the business and phone number involved. Stored messages are also removed by hourly cleanup after 30 days.
