Noe WhatsApp Provider is a messaging service operated by Generated Media, Inc., a company in the United States. Contact: ivan@icons8.com.

Who we act for

We process data as a processor: each business using Noe (a "Business") instructs us to connect its own WhatsApp Business phone number. We process that Business's data only on its instructions. People who message a Business are its contacts, not ours.

What we process

Only what the messaging scopes require, for each Business's registered number:

• Message content and metadata: text, phone numbers, timestamps, delivery statuses.
• Message templates the Business creates through the console.
• The Business's Meta access token, used to send on its behalf.

We do not import address books or contact lists, do not collect location, and do not download media files referenced in messages. No automatic replies exist in this service: every outbound message is sent by an operator action.

Purposes

Data is used to deliver the Business's messages, show the Business its inbox and delivery statuses, and manage its templates. Nothing else.

Hosting and cross-border transfer

The service is hosted by Vultr in São Paulo, Brazil, with administration by Generated Media, Inc., a US company, including operator access from Argentina. Meta processes messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Credentials are also held in an encrypted 1Password vault hosted in the United States. Cloudflare provides DNS. These services may process data outside your country.

Retention

• Message content and metadata: deleted by an hourly cleanup after 30 days.
• Deletion request records: kept while unresolved; completed records are removed by hourly cleanup after 90 days.
• Access tokens: kept while the Business uses the service, then removed with the tenant.
• Tokens and stored message payloads are encrypted at rest; transport is protected by TLS as deployed.

See Data deletion for the two ways to request deletion, and how each request's status is tracked. Deletion here covers data held by this service only; we cannot delete data held by WhatsApp, Meta, the Business, or on your own device.

No sale, no ads, no model training

Data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

Access control

Console access is limited to operator accounts provisioned server-side. Review accounts are restricted to a single test tenant and cannot see other Businesses' data.
